The Artistic Administration and Producing forum brings together Heads of Artistic Administration, Casting Directors, Heads of Planning, Artistic Producers, Production Managers and their teams in a supportive space to share ideas, issues, experiences and tools.
Previous meetings included discussion on software, co-production guidelines, contractual terms and management issues such as ethics, harassment, wellbeing and sustainability as well as opportunities to attend auditions and performances.
