The Landestheater Detmold is the largest of the four state theatres in North Rhine-Westphalia and the only one with a musical theatre ensemble. Almost 50 percent of the nearly 600 performances per season are completed in towns and municipalities throughout North Rhine-Westphalia as well as throughout Germany.
