Ignacio Garcia-Belenguer, president of Opera Europa, and Henning Ruhe, secretary of Opera Europa, hereby invite you to an Extraordinary General Assembly of Members on 27 November at 12.30 CET. 

Members will have the opportunity to ask questions about the revised statutes, before signing a formal proxy form for the notary to register the modifications. The meeting should end by 13.15 CET at the latest.
