Zagreb, 17-23 March 2024
Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb will host Opera Europa’s tenth Opera Management Course. Participants will spend five days from 17 to 21 March 2024 learning about the eternal verities of opera management – artistic issues, finance and budgeting, programming and planning, audiences and communications – before attending the Artistic Administration & Producing forum from 21 to 23 March.
The successful candidates should form a heterogeneous group of high potential opera managers from various departments of the company, under the age of 35, and be fully supported in their training by their opera company. Seeking to address a wider and more diverse pool of talented professionals, Opera Europa welcomes especially applications or nominations of candidates from groups currently underrepresented in opera management.

The participation fee is set at 1.000€, including the accommodation and sustenance throughout the Course and the forum. Travel costs are excluded. Should the participant want to stay the extra night of Saturday 23 March, an extra fee of 100€ applies to cover accommodation and related costs.
